Implementation Coordinator

This position will be responsible for all customer post sales support associated with Commercial Data, Video, and Phone orders from order receipt to install complete and billing activation. The goal of the position is to improve the customer experience and increase revenues by insuring all obstacles that can delay the activation of commercial services are resolve timely and accurately through out the life cycle of the installation process. The position will support a simple installations as well as major projects involving multiple locations and services. At any given time this position could handle 20 to 50 pending installs a week and support 2 to 5 sales reps.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Telecom or Cable industry.
• Previous experience in similar positions to include Sales Support, Sales Coordination, and Implementation Management.
• Strong Customer Communication skills required.
• Experience with phone products, services, and processes to include lines, trucks, porting, CSRs and calling features.
• Self Starter requiring minimal management intervention
• 85% in office with local travel to customer locations when needed.
