IdleAire, Inc. - Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
· Providing courteous and expeditious customer support
· Providing information about IdleAire Technologies to callers
· Applying problem solving skills to resolve and answer customer questions via telephone, email or internet
· Inputting all data for customer support issues into a ticketing system
· Taking an active role in the development and growth of the customer support team
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills:
· Proficiency using Microsoft Windows (98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP)
· Familiar with the Internet and network connectivity
· Able to type a minimum of 40 wpm
· Excellent grammar, writing and communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Interest and ability to learn new software programs
· Ability to work well independently
· Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people
Education/Experience:
· High school diploma or GED
· A+ or Microsoft certification recommended but not a requirement
· Bilingual skills preferred but not a requirement
