Currently, we are seeking an ITS Senior Analyst I for our Roswell, GA location.Summary:As a Senior Analyst I and member of the Information Technology–Application Solutions (ITAS) CRM Customer Development team you will immediately become a project team member of the Customer Touch Management initiative responsible for the successful implementation and support of the VISTEX Chargeback and Price Management systems. This includes implementations related to chargebacks and sales tracings, direct and indirect contract price authorizations, direct contract price inputs to invoicing and price increase functionality. This implementation requires VISTEX experience and is in support of Kimberly-Clark's North American B2B businesses. Responsibilities: Work closely on a daily basis with project team members in implementing the VISTEX software suite in line with business and project requirements Develop and maintain technical and system knowledge of the VISTEX implementations Proactively establish and maintain operational procedures, support tools and best practices directly related to the VISTEX implementations Participate in Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management standard operational procedures in supporting the VISTEX deploymentsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field or 5 or more years relevant experience or 7-9 or more years of applied experience required. Demonstrated experience with an advanced knowledge of R/3 Pricing or VISTEX software Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality, including condition technique General knowledge of SAP CRM applications and architecture Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications: Functional knowledge and demonstrated abilities with the entire VISTEX application space Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies/practices Experience implementing, supporting and troubleshooting SAP applications within a Microsoft Windows Server environment Technical knowledge of SAP architecture and cross platform/system technologiesOther: Ability to actively participate across various teams, cultures, geographies and time zones Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills to handle multiple, simultaneous assignments/tasks Strong self-discipline, planning and organizational skills to work well under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, listening, and relationship building Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerApply online at and enter Requisition ID 5130.Click here to apply via the Kimberly Clark Career Opportunity PortalExpected Travel Time: None
