The District seeks a Principal who:
* Demonstrates a record of cultivating challenging, and rigorous academic environment* Demonstrates a record of collaboration with faculty/parents/community in decision making* Demonstrates expertise in the use of multiple measures of achievement data as a program and instructional evaluation tool* Exercises diplomacy in resolving conflicts* Is an experienced elementary school principal who is also a master teacher (or possesses other comparable leadership experience)* Possesses excellent communication skills* Currently holds a valid New York State School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) certification
SALARY IS HIGHLY COMPETITIVE AND IS COMMENSURATE WITH EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
