I.T. Administration Position

This position will assist with the processing of billing, work process flow charting, helpdesk duties, event/meeting organizing and execution, equipment purchasing, travel coordination and inventory tracking.  We seek an individual with proven organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle a diverse workload while providing exemplary customer service.

 

Qualified candidates will possess experience in Accounting and Business Administration (or comparable experience) excellent organization, analytical and communication skills, strong attention to detail along with a strong aptitude for mastering proprietary company systems. 

Requirements

·         Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

·         High attention to details and great follow up.

·         Must be creative, able to problem solve, obtain, analyze data.

·         Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality with management team, customers and users.

·         Exceptional written, verbal communication and organizational skills.

·         Basic project coordination skills:  the ability to provide feedback, improve processes, and propose solutions to identified problems.

·         Initiative and good judgment.

·         Ability to demonstrate courtesy and tact in obtaining and furnishing information.

·         Must be customer service oriented.

·         Must have exceptional follow up, analytical and time management skills.

·         Must be very detailed oriented, flexible and the ability to re-prioritize quickly in a very fast and changing environment.

·         Must have self-direction/motivation.
