Human Resources Generalist
This client in the East Houston area is seeking to fill a position for a Human Resource Generalist. They are seeking somone who is energetic, outgoing, works well with diversified individuals and can manage both blue collar/white collar plant/non-plant employees. They are seeking to hire a True Human Resource Generalist! This individual will be focusing on ALL areas of HR to include Recruiting/Employee Relations/Conflict Resolution, etc. Minimum of 5 years experience. You will be responsible for managing a work force of 300+ employees as part of a team. This company has pretty incredible benefits! Great managers to work with and actually a "fun" environment. You will need to have the ability to multi task and switch gears. Would strongly prefer to hire an individual who has worked within a manufacturing/chemical/industrial environment. You will be hiring for recruiting for a variety of positions to include: Plant Operators, Accoutants, Customer Service, Administrative, Purchasing, Logistics, etc. This is truly a Generalist Role.
