This position will report directly to the Human Resources Generalist of the facility and responsibilities will include: * Administration of payroll, benefits, safety and worker's compensation paperwork * Maintenance of confidential information including personnel, medical and applicant files * Administration of applicant review, scoring, interview scheduling, background checks and drug screening/physical scheduling * Preparation of communication pieces and maintenance of facility postings * Other duties and projects as assigned Ideal candidates will have: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required * Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization through various means * Ability to leverage interpersonal skills * Ability to pay attention to many details in a fast paced environment * Ability to show initiative in process improvementQualifications include 3-5 years human resources and payroll experience. Knowledge of payroll process, human resources policies, workers compensation administration required. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred. Bilingual candidate a plus.
