Human Resources Business Partner

As an integral member of the Human Resources team, the position will undertake an important role as the strategic business partner for your client group. The Human Resources Business Partner will work in close partnership with this group to learn their business, and then assist in the development and delivery of corporate and divisional people objectives and programs. The position is responsible for building strong relationships, driving change, and providing meaningful Human Resources advice and direction, all intended to best enable the organization in meeting its performance expectations through its most valuable asset, its people.

The Human Resources Business Partner is a seasoned generalist who truly understands the value of aligning people strategy to organizational success. You will be involved in all facets of Human Resources, including employee relations, coaching/mentoring, talent retention, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, performance management and more. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with coaching and facilitation skills.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of HR experience as a Generalist, Business Partner and/or Advisory level..
A track record of success and relationship building.
A CHRP designation is preferred.

NOTE: Final candidates will also be asked to undergo a security screening, which includes a credit bureau and a criminal record investigation, the results of which must be acceptable to AIMCo.
