A great opportunity with MasterBrand Cabinets could exist for you as the Human Resources Associate at our Littlestown, PA location.Position Summary: Responsible for basic administrative functions to include hourly recruitment administration, personnel records, new hire orientation, HRIS administration, employee communications, workers compensation administration, receptionist rotation and other human resources functions as assigned.Accountabilities: Assure compliance with all State and Federal employment laws Publish weekly newsletter and departmental shift start up announcements. Support HR department with recruitment (applicant flow, scheduling, interviewing, etc.), new hire orientations and personnel records. Handle workers compensation administration through scheduling appointments, coordinating workers comp provider data, and submitting relevant reports. Data entry administration in HRIS system (People Soft). Develop positive employee relations at all levels of the organization. Employment verifications. Receptionist duties (greet visitors, answer and direct calls etc.) on a rotational basis.
