Human Resource Representative

eESI is in search of a Human Resource Representative who will provide support for our Corporate office. The position requires an individual who is flexible, self motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to multi-task.

The successful candidate must have strong people skills, ability to talk in front of groups, strong problem solving skills including the confidence to efficiently make independent decisions and the ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce. The ability to maintain a continuous flow of work without direct instructions is essential. Three to five (3-5) years of administrative support and HR experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
 Independently coordinates all administrative and office support services for the Business Development ManagersMaintain calendar schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings, activities and functions.Able to professionally compose correspondences, presentations and reports. Assists with project work as required and follows through to ensure deadlines are met, and that work is of high quality.Provide general office support to provide a wide variety of administrative dutiesEffectively communicates and provides customer service to all client companies Process, gather, coordinate and file information as requestedResponsible for preparing HR-related documents and presentations at the direction of HR Manager

Required (Basic) Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMust be professional, flexible to changing priorities, and be customer focusedExperience with computer-based systems and strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.Must be willing to travel.
Preferred QualificationsDegree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or PHR or plans to become certifiedThree to five years of administrative support and/or Human Resources experienceBilingual a plus
