Human Resource Generalist (Temp 2 Hire)
As a Human Resource Generalist you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day HR related functions: recruit for open positions, review resumes, schedule and conduct 15-25 interviews/day, extend employment offers, conduct new hire orientation, employment relations, assemble new hire packets, ensure completeness of new hire paperwork, coordinate and manage projects and performing other administrative duties as needed. * Calendering * Resume review and scheduling interviews * Knowledge of benefits and processing new hire paperwork * Outgoing personality, great attention to detail, passion to see all projects through completion, ability to take on multiple projects and works well under pressure * MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook College degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, at least 3-5 years of experience performing HR related duties (Stable work history required)Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
