Human Resource Generalist/Manager

Penn National Gaming, Inc., the largest operator of Regional casinos, is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our opening for a Human Resource Manager.  The successful candidate will lead all HR functions at our Bullwhackers property in Black Hawk, CO employing 150 people.

 

Key responsibilities include:

·  Ensuring high quality of service is offered to all internal and external customers.

·  Providing leadership to the organization in the administration of employment, benefits, compensation, training and risk management.

·  Participating on the Executive Committee and providing clarification and guidance regarding various HR issues, goals and objectives.

 

Along with supervising the HR staff at Bullwhackers, some other key responsibilities are: consistently applying policies throughout the company, developing and implementing HR programs and policies for the organization, managing the company uniforms for uniformed employees, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment that complies with safety procedures.

 

Must have Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and five to eight years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hospitality/Entertainment industry experience preferred.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly preferred.
