Our Immunogenetics and Transplantation Center (IGT) is seeking individuals to join our dedicated team supporting several transplant programs. Will be responsible for performing all aspects of histocompatability testing.After the initial orientation/training, the primary shift will be 10am--6pm, Mon-Fri. On-call responsibilities are assigned by rotation and are required.Candidates with Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or Medical Technology, and experience in immunology or blood banking are encouraged to apply. NYS technologist license or eligibility is required. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and PC skills.Knowledge of Luminex, flow cytometry, and/or HLA typing by DNA a plus.This position offers salary commensurate with experience, and superior benefits.
