This position is responsible for the access management (addition, deletion and modification or authorized users) of the computer network, and ensuring standard security controls are properly administered. You will work with internal customers to ensure that network access needs are met in a timely manner, and provide on-going centralized management of mission critical applications. Additional duties may include reviewing proposed security changes to the network, and computer incident handling. Participation in other Security Department projects as needed.Technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows, Active Directory, Outlook and Excel required. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop Support role preferred. Previous experience with the Remedy trouble ticketing application preferred.
