Job Description:Put your excellent IT troubleshooting skills to work while on-site at a worldwide, fast-paced CRM-based company!** We pay 100% for A+ and MCSE certifications! ** ** We pay 100% of medical premiums - benefits start on Day 1 ** For this position, you will provide employees with level 1, day-to-day virtual technical support for printers, handhelds, internal desktop systems, laptops, and miscellaneous software.Your responsibilities will include: Remotely configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and workstations Remotely installing and troubleshooting software Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security Communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel Recommending hardware and software solutions Tracking requests using case management applicationsJob Experience: 2+ years related work experience Background in Windows PC or server support Proficiency with remote control technology Experience with Exchange administration, file/folder permissions administration, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting Demonstrated ability to complete a minimum number of tickets per period (based upon group standards) Solid problem solving skills Willingness to work a 8am-5pm shift Excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in a related field Background supporting Mac and Linux is preferredMinimum Education Required: High SchoolYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
