Our growing company is currently seeking HR Analyst for our Nashville, TN location.
Serves as information reporting analyst supporting recruiting and retention initiatives as well as other facets of Human Resources in a global environment. Researches and collects data, creates statistical reports of HR metrics, analyzes information and identifies trends, creates presentations using a variety of charts and graphs to illustrate results as well as narrative conclusions.
Responsibilities:
v Create reports and organization charts for Management based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly production schedule or on an ad hoc basis as requested. Respond to HR reporting requests/issues (technical/business) raised by HR and other stakeholders. Distribute reports to the appropriate stakeholders as directed by manager
v Research, gather data and create a variety of statistical reports in order to identify trends; format reports that yield logical conclusions using a variety of presentation styles.
v Using available system-reporting tools, develop and implement new or redesigned reports per request and timeline, ensuring data accuracy.
v Develop and maintain procedures for report generation process. Complete workflow analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement and/or automation.
v Audit, validate and recommend corrections to data within HR systems to maintain data integrity and ensure that system controls and processes meet all audit requirements. Assist with proactive data quality reporting and communication with other departments to resolve and improve data quality
v Maintain a library of all reports received and produced (active/inactive).
Skills / Competencies:
v 2 or more years business operations and/or HR experience with emphasis in data analysis and/or reporting. Understanding of HR disciplines preferred.
v Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong knowledge of reporting tools including Access, relational databases, Business Objects and Excel including use of complex queries and macros.
v Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as are time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
v Candidates must have the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present in a business relevant way.
v Ability to apply mathematical formulation to develop solutions to quantitative problems
v Self motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
