Position Summary:Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources for the Commercial and Small Business Banking groups of Capital One Bank, the position will conduct analysis, manage reporting and develop senior management presentations on the full spectrum of human resource functions, including staffing, compensation and talent.Responsibilities: - Consolidate information from various data streams and produce reports to be used for management decision making- Conduct rigorous data analysis to spot trends and track business progress against established business objectives- Analyze All Associate Survey (AAS) results and support HR Consultants in identifying environmental gaps and developing action plans – monitor progress against action plans- Conduct full spectrum analysis and reporting during year-end compensation planning cycle including development of planning budgets, spends, and management reporting - Conduct ongoing staffing analysis and reporting including requisition reports, heat maps and projected hiring - produce comprehensive senior management reports- Analyze associate demographics to track turnover, hiring practices, diversity and report against business objectivesJob Experience:Basic Qualifications: - 4 year degree - 3 years experience in Human Resources- Proficiency in Excel and PowerpointPreferred Qualifications: - Experience in Human Resources in an analytical or reporting capacity- Experience in retail banking, small business or commercial banking - Demonstrated experience partnering with HR areas such as: Compensation, Staffing, HR Operations - Experience working within an matrix corporate environment for a large, diversified organization Skills:- Superior analytical skills- Ability to work independently- Ability to work on several large assignments simultaneously- Strong teamwork and collaboration- Strong written and verbal communication skillsThere is no relocation package for this opportunity.No agencies please.
