Description:In this position you will partner with the assigned strategic business organization’s management team to assist in optimizing people, strategy, structure, process and culture and to facilitate the liaison /delivery of HR services as appropriate.The business partner is responsible for all aspects of HR functional areas including HR operations; employment/staffing and recruitment; compensation; benefits; training and development; employee relations and company sponsored programs. Develop a thorough understanding of the business organization and needs and future direction in order to communicate HR implications to the business organization’s management team. Identify HR needs in the client’s organization, prioritize and effectively communicate needs to leadership and the HR team for collaboration and solution. Provide consultancy, advice and coaching to business leaders as appropriate. Interface with all levels of the organization and constantly coordinate with HR Department. Facilitate change and seize opportunities to introduce, support and implement improvement to current practices and procedures. Proactively identify talent management needs including acquisition, promotion and development. Work with recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for open positions and participate in recruitment process. Coordinate and deliver training to management on HR related activities (e.g. salary planning, harassment, policies, new employee orientation, employee motivation, ethic reporting, outplacement) Work closely with compensation to evaluate positions. Communicate and ensure compliance with corporate and HR related policies. Leads HR development programs as necessary. Act as first line resource to staff on employee relations issues and partner to implement solutions. Serve as advocate to employees. Through problem solving and investigation, resolves issues raised by employees and/or managers, in a timely manner, and document the outcome. Provide guidance and direction to management team and employees on human resource related topics.Competencies: Effective team player able to work across the organization to get thing done.
