A Dallas area company is currently looking for an HR ASSISTANT w/ Payroll. You could be earning a competitive market salary of $17-19 per hour plus benefits for this opportunity.Job Duties Include:* Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. * Plans and conducts new employee orientation which promotes the goals of the organizations and meets all regulatory requirements.* Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. * Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.* Maintains records of employee performance reviews and prompts managers to complete timely and completely.* Keeps records of all employee injuries for Workers Comp and OSHA* Processes payroll, payroll reports and distributes payroll checksRequirements:* Bachelor Degree or equivalent; or three to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Spreadsheets, Payroll, Internet, E-mail, MS Office* PHR or SPHR certification preferred.Don’t miss out!
