HR Administrator
Established St. Louis based company is seeking a Human Resources Administrator.
Qualifications include a minimum of three years as a human resources generalist in a medium to large corporate environment with prior experience in performing the following duties:
1. Recruitment and hiring process including campus recruiting, networking and help manage the recruitment process. The qualified candidate will represent the company at college campuses and networking events.
2. Administer employee benefits administration.
3. Will maintain all employment files including performance evaluations and other related documentation.
4. Will manage the front desk staff and mailroom functions.
5. Maintain the employee handbook and make necessary revisions.
This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.
