Qualifications Healthcare background preferred. 2-3 years housekeeping skills/experience required. Willingness to work with elderly population. Must have strong communication, reading and writing ability. Computer skills a must. Ability to manager a diverse team and share workload. HS Diploma or GED required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the facility. Responsibilities The Renaissance Gardens Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the housekeeping start-up/operations in Linden Ponds new skilled nursing facility. Position requires hands-on housekeeping ; particularly prior to fully staffing. Individual responsible for: preparing housekeeping assignments, laundry, documentation, overseeing housekeeping staff, maintain/sanitizing all resident units/common areas, maintain inventory, and perform other duties as assigned.
