Guest Services (Fashion Island)

Position Description:As a member of the Guest Services Team at Fashion Island you will be entrusted to provide top notch customer service by assisting customers with: detailed directions, Gift Card Sales, Ticket Sales, restaurant reservations, and information about merchants, special events and the surrounding community. Furthermore, Guest Services is responsible promoting a fun, safe, and friendly environment for Guest’s riding attractions. Flexible hours: We have hours during Days, Nights and Weekends up to 5 shifts a week. A great hourly rate.
