Global Windows & Program Manager

Global Windows & Program Manager WW GCG leadership across the marketing network of operational planning and management of key processes such as "Windows". Enables key linkages and alignment across the marketing network, provides optimal efficiencies, and ensures cross-category/SPG leverage and market and customer focus for maximum possible marketplace impact. Drives creative and informed marketing programs to consistently identify and reach target audiences according to profile and segment guidelines, channel-specific and integrated messages and universal lead definition; develop innovative programs to initiate suspect, prospect, customer and partner dialogues that lead to ongoing customer relationships. Responsibilities: Develops and defines the Annual Marketing Ops Plan and Calendar. Defines and drives the Windows Calendar—includes all SPGs and Regions—including timing, forums, content requirements. Ensures that planning forums and key milestones are timely and well executed. Jointly develops strategy for key messaging and lead objectives and ensures cross-category leverage, market and consumer focus. Manage strategy development and execution of cross-SPG Marketing campaign / program plan. Build and manage strategic global campaigns for in-market execution. Manage integrated program strategy that includes project plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts. Develop clear and measurable goals for demand generation programs. Report ongoing progress with measurable results. Helps to optimize MCE spend thru well defined cross GCG Windows and Program plans. Key Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge of marketing fundamentals and proficient in the areas of measurement of business performance. Demonstrated ability to work across organizations and to lead through influence rather than through direct authority. Demonstrated ability to build and implement a technology marketing strategy and actionable plan integrating customer intelligence, opportunity identification, offer development, and competitive marketing. Able to strategically influence, leverage and partner with SPGs and regions. Excellent communication skills necessary for expressing thoughts and findings to various parties within the organization. High attention to detail, systematic thinking for setting up processes, and creative problem solving abilities. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience. 5-10 years experience in B2B marketing. Clear grasp of Graphics Communications business. Location: Can be located in either Chelmsford, MA ; Rochester, NY; or Norwalk, CT
