Job Description:Invensys Process Systems brings together four of the industrial automation industry’s best-known brands (Avantis, Foxboro, SimSci-Esscor and Triconex) to deliver integrated solutions that automate and optimize plant operations. Lean Plant Manager – General Manager, Manufacturing The successful candidate would be required to have a B.S. in Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience leading a manufacturing plant and having a proven track record of Lean Manufacturing/Supply Chain knowledge and implementation skills. He/she would provide leadership to a staff of professionals responsible for manufacturing and purchasing, would ensure that all activities are properly coordinated and would support the total business unit plan. Experience and skills required include: * Must be experienced in running a high volume electro mechanical Lean Manufacturing facility. (Over 200 people and over 100M$ operational budget) *Ability to run multiple business units simultaneously is a must. *Strong knowledge in various manufacturing operations including machining, welding, finishing, painting, assembly and testing. * Inventory management and materials control. (Procurement/Supply Chain) * Six Sigma knowledge * ISO 9000 * Kaizen and pull systems experience. *International experience (Important Asset) *Process Instrumentation and/or Automation experience (Important Asset) The successful candidate will have knowledge with budget creation, capital expenditure planning, forecasting, etc. In addition, the position also requires good communication skills, ability to use Microsoft tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
