Votre objectif est d’assister la gérante du magasin à maximiser les ventes et la profitabilité du magasin par l’atteinte et le dépassement des ventes, de la productivité et des objectifs de pertes du magasin. Votre succès est obtenu par l’application et la promotion des valeurs de Reitmans : Respect, Souci, Coopération, Leadership, Innovation et Intégrité.

Vous donnerez le Coaching et le leadership nécessaire afin de s’assurer de l’embauche, du développement et du succès de vos équipes de magasin dans les domaines du service à la clientèle, de la gestion de l’exploitation et des ressources humaines.

Exigences :

* Un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le commerce au détail dont 1 année d’expérience en supervision de magasin
* Études post-secondaires
* Capacités de gestionnaires démontrées, habiletés pour le leadership et le Coaching
* Connaissance solide des aspects financiers et habiletés démontrées à générer des ventes
* Excellent dossier de résultats de ventes
* Excellent sens de la mode et habiletés pour la présentation visuelle
* Disponible pour travailler dans une variété de locations à l’intérieur de votre région géographique
