POSITION SUMMARYPrimary liaison between Employee Services and Rewards (ES and R) functional team members and technical teams both internal and external. Accountable for overall management and coordination of technical oriented work efforts and functional testing of all systems used within the Employee Services and Rewards environment. Manages timely completion within budget, adhering to high quality standards and meeting customer expectations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manages the execution of system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing (builds test cases, performs tests, makes changes to configuration or processes based on results and resolves errors). Develop change management documentation in accordance with defined management processes and ensure transports are moved between systems. Manages all technical interfaces.2. Provide on-going technical support for Employee Services and Rewards team and issue resolution for team members, customers and vendors. Manages the technical HR and Payroll system access and oversight of SAP Reporting and Roles functional area. 3. Manage and coordinate the analysis and documentation of business processes and technical requirements between Nestlé technical teams, ES and R, and vendors. Provide technical subject matter expertise for projects and ongoing operations. Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system decisions and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules. 4. Lead the identification of process improvement opportunities, provide recommendations and implement solutions. Conducts workshops with users and management to facilitate solution development and continuous improvement in the implementation design. Develop and conduct technical training on new functionality implemented. 5. Define and implement project plans, manage/lead/coordinate project teams as assigned. Provides support to rollout/implementation teams. Assist service providers and others to implement changes and resolve issues in processes/systems.6. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables in technical area. Coordinates all technical issues with vendors and business process outsource provider. Manages all interfaces for ESR between IBM, LGO and vendors. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL* Bachelors Degree in information systems, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.EXPERIENCE* Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical/SAP HR and management experience with primary focus on payroll and benefits.SKILLS* Functional knowledge and understanding of payroll related processes, including working knowledge of U.S. tax system, garnishment processing, time management, human resource transactions, benefits administration, etc.* Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. * Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently. Flexibility to meet timelines for testing and project go-lives. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment. * Advanced demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities including complex projects. * Strategic thinking, strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills. * Advanced PC skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong proficiency in technical aspects of SAP HR and payroll system. * Advanced understanding of technical testing methodology and processes. Strong functional knowledge of supporting processes such as defect tracking, change control, process design and project management. Hands on project experience in the testing and delivery of business systems in an ERP environment. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.* Ability to handle HR information in a confidential and professional manner. * Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced project management and strong follow-up skills. * Ability to effectively handle pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities. * Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams/organizations.* Results oriented, ability to react quickly to customer needs. Flexible, with the capability to deliver results in a fast paced, dynamic, extremely complex environment* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to develop proficiency in SAP HR. Proven ability to work with a variety of systems (front page, data bases, SAP, Microsoft Word).
