We're looking for an experienced Technical Leader of Front End Technologies Description:- A development leader, with hands on abilities, focused on building out the customer facing presentation layer and the underlying technology in order to support the business goals.- Work with a backend team focused on the data management layer, ensuring proper handling of subscriber information and session data.- Work with Senior Management, Marketing and Business Development as well as design to help to define and document expectations on work results.- Participate in daily tactical sessions to determine priorities.- Once established on the list of priorities, delegate work activities based on skill set and follow up to ensure desired goals and expectations are met. Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a talented and proven leader with at least two years experience of leading Java-based web development projects (SDLC) who also has significant hands-on experience. Working in a dynamic environment with a challenging schedule, you will assume responsibility of an existing team as well as hire additional team members.This is a hands-on position split between developing and managing. Over time more emphasis will be placed on the management aspects of the role however initially the direct focus will be on development efforts.He or she will manage a team of 5 developers and be very hands on thus become the 6th developer in the group. He/she will interact with all functions of the company and will need to organize and delegate work.He's looking for a strong technical person with some leadership background looking to grow more into management role.



Job Experience:Requirements: . Team leadership and coaching skills. Developing and maintaining web applications in Java using frameworks like Spring MVC, Hibernate and design patterns. Experience with Hibernate. Experience with SOA and Web Services design/development. Implementation of Agile development processes . Experience architecting, developing and/or managing development of high-tech LAMP based systems. Experience with Web application architecture, design & development lifecycle. Experience building strong Business client relationship. Strong leadership, software architecture and communication skills. Previous success building, mentoring and leading a cross-functional development and systems architecture group. Needs to work well in a team environment and have effectiveness building teams. Experience with dependency injection, unit testing, design patterns. Work with AJAX-techniques and client Javascript libraries is a plus. Education: . 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Software Engineering.
