Front Desk/Receptionist

NSA Technologies islooking for a professional, outgoing person that is upbeat, energetic and ateam player to provide office assistance to their corporate office in Akron,Ohio (I-77 & Rt. 18).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES Greet visitors and clients. General secretarial support functions. Photocopy and fax information and documents as needed or requested. Answer and direct telephone calls or other inquires to ensure accurate and timely communications Take direction and initiate actions Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.

 

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment. Telephone skills Extreme organizational skills Excellent communication & listening skills Use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
