Immediate opening for a Food & Beverage Director / Manager in Oklahoma

A selection of responsibilities include the following:Hire, train, and manage employees in the food & beverage department Create and adhere to department budget and manage billing and collections Create menus and prepare and order food Set-up events Create and enforce closing procedures

Qualifications/Experience:At least 5 years experience managing employees in a fast-paced food & beverage environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience opening a new office/facility with high volume of events Expertise in high-end catering - with oversight of functions for at least 1,000 or more guests on regular basis Expertise in high-end suite, club, and specialized catering events Experience running an environmentally friendly/�green� operation Experience developing third party relationships with local restaurants and other community businesses Proven organizational skills required Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Experience handling human resources functions a plus Financial skills a plus Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Background in the sports/entertainment/hospitality industry required
