This person is responsible for developing Flash Applications/Animations and Advanced level Front End Action scripting with 5 to 8 years of experience. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of online advertising and graphic design, typography treatments, page layout, animation, illustration and color theory. Applicants should have a good sense of design, animation and timing, and the ability to translate other's designs into Flash. Also required is an understanding of programming constructs, along with familiarity with XML, and experience delivering production Macromedia Flash applications or interactive content. Excellent understanding of best practices in digital advertising development, (i.e. file size limitations, banner standards, measurement metrics and related technologies), digital marketing and messaging for this medium, digital design skills, and knowledge of audio and flash resources. Candidates should have strong skills in user interface design, and attention to quality and detail. The Applicant should have a well-developed communication and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask under tight deadlines.Requirements:- Formal design education plus five years professional online design experience- Able to drive projects from beginning to end with little assistance or supervision- An excellent understanding of online technologies and web design principles and problem solving- Ability to multitask numerous projects with varied deadlines- Strong design, illustration and animation skills- Experience in online advertising related field a plus- Conceptualize and develop Flash-based project- Expert working knowledge of Macromedia Flash MX- Excellent working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.- Sterling graphic production skills in Photoshop, and Illustrator.- Self-starter with high-level of initiative and Excellent organizational skills- Knowledge of audio and video resources- Ability to manage multiple projects, artist and set priorities in order to meet deadlines and reach required creative specifications- Strategic critical thinker who also has a high attention to detail and is focused on customer quality- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills and able to present ideas with authority to small or large groups of people- Ability to analyze and apply data to improve results through creativeSPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED- Proven hands-on Flash and html experience- Must be very strong with graphic design and layout, user-interface design, color theory, typography, and illustration- Illustrator, Flash & Photoshop skills a must- Must demonstrate the ability to set high creative standards by rising above technical limitations- Must be organized and skilled at meeting deadlines
