This position will be responsible for the following areas: - Answering questions and concerns in reference to accounts payable, billing, & payroll. - Troubleshooting problems related to employee expense reports. - Logging tickets into service database.- Responding to inquires in a professional manner.- Seeing issues through to completion.- Providing excellent customer service for all inquires- Assigning second tier issues to colleagues as required.Ideal candidates will have:- 3-5 years experience working in customer service (high volume financial call center experience is a plus!)- Previous experience working in an accounting department and familiarity with AP, billing, & payroll is a major plus. - Scheduling flexibility for working hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.The starting pay rate for this position will vary based upon the talent and experience level of candidates.
