Finance and Accounting Manager

Dynamic, growing organization seeks a financial and accounting manager to help lead the organization into an exciting time of change.  Ideal candidates should have strong financial experience, specifically in monthly close.  the manager will help to lead and develop a staff of five.  Additionally, this person will spend half of their time involved in the implementation and formalization of new accounting policies and procedures.  This manager will also be expected to streamline the entire accounting process, to formulate new methods for work flow, while working towards automated processes.  Special projects will include customization of an entire budgeting, forecasting, and analysis reporting methodology.  If you have a financial background, in which you can supervise report generation, yet have the analytical aptitude to create a new financial flow of information, this may be an exciting opportunity for you.
