Field Trainer

 

Shiseido Cosmetics America, a division of Shiseido Americas Corporation, a global leader in skincare & cosmetics, is looking for a Field Trainer in our East Cost region.  Field Trainer provides product and service training for all brands offered by Shiseido Cosmetics America’s Division and strengthens beauty consultants' product knowledge and service quality through seminars and on-site training to develop and strengthen Shiseido's business and image. 

 

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Training

o  Prepares and coordinates training materials

o  Delivers product and service training seminars for store owners and beauty consultants

o  Provides initial training and on-site training through seminars and counter activities/events to  strengthen new doors and new hires

o  Strengthens beauty consultant's skills in product knowledge and service quality through follow-up training and counter activity 

o  Encourages beauty consultants by building on their strengths and talents through events

o  Improves and maintains Shiseido image at all times 

· Account Management

o  Motivates stores to participate in Shiseido programs 

o  Coordinates stores in execution of promotions and product launches

o  Works with stores to develop sales through events and demonstrations

· Business Management 

o  Maximizes the use of available marketing tools and programs

o  Provides counter activity, events and workshops based on stores' needs or marketing plan

o  Support high potential cosmetic boutique stores   

o  Assist in maximizing sales for regions

· Administrative

o  Controls expense to budget 

§ Submits expense reports and required reports in a timely manner  

 

 

Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English and Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese) 

· Cosmetics background preferable (at least 1 year) 

· No objection to business travel

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the general public     

· Driver license a must
