POSITION SUMMARY:
The TSR overall objective is to complete Fax Validations and process two reports “THP-DOA report and the Post-Hospitalization report. The TSR is responsible for assisting other TSR’s in the call center with in-bound and outbound calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assist Supervisor with research and reporting.
· Perform all tasks with professionalism and at an exemplary performance level.
· Support and help departmental goals.
· Complete daily processing duties/activities as assigned.
· Support and adhere to all departmental and company guidelines, procedures and initiatives.
· Process patients on the THP/DOA and Post Hospitalization Report.
· Research Doctor information for fax validations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Make calls 30 day calls when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous call center experience, experience in a doctor’s office and/or education in medical terminology.
Specific Skills:
· Demonstrated excellence in the areas of company processes, productivity, and quality of phone presentation.
· Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Microsoft Office).
· Telephone communication skills.
· Flexible to manage various tasks assigned by supervisor.
· Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
· Professionalism/team work
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
· Basic knowledge of Excel.
