Facilities Manager

Dynamic international company is looking for a talented individual to plan, coordinate and supervise all activity services relating to buildings and grounds, security and safety for a first class multi-building complex. Will be responsible for building equipment and maintenance including HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Will oversee activities of contractors and suppliers. Ensure that all buildings are in regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, EPA, etc. Manage the facilities P&L and budget. Previous experience managing a staff. Strong electromechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Five years facilities/operations experience. BS degree preferred.
