The position provides printer placements and supply sales by outbound calling, answering inbound calls and responding to sales related emails from contacts. May also interface occasionally with telesales reps, in such cases the will be responsible for providing program information and sales support. Will also be responsible for forwarding customer service inquiries to other team members. Responsibilities include daily activity reporting, maintaining lead database lists; managing program sales related email communications and work on other special projects as assigned if required.Job Experience:This position will need 1-3 years of outbound telesales experience with a strong record of closing leads. Exceptional telesales skills including the ability to tailor initial benefit statements to varying audiences, creative objection handling, self-directed nature, strong problem solving skills, verbal communications and demonstrated decision making ability. Must be able to adept at problem solving and ability to manage multiple tasks. Must thrive in an extremely fast paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and schedule adherence is essential. Computer Skills: Must type 35 WPM; must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and on-line databases; must have basic 10 key skills. Prior experience using an on-line database and/or knowledgebase preferred. Prior hands-on experience with popular PC software required.
