Qualifications A successful Floor Care Technician will have: General knowledge of floor and carpet care. Ability to use all required equipment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred but not required. Responsibilities 1.Maintain carpet care, extracts, shampoos, bonnets. 2.Maintain hard surface floors, machines scrub/strip, recoats/waxes (using floor equipment). 3.Maintain equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. 4.Assist with supply deliveries and put them in the proper storage areas. 5.Clean elevator tracks and door tracks. 6.Complete all assigned work order requests.
