FIELD CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

Currently, we are seeking a Field Customer Marketing Manager for our Franklin, MA location (Boston area). SUMMARY:We are looking for a team oriented, innovative, ambitious individual to develop and implement approved customer specific and/or regional consumer marketing and promotion programs. This energy-driven leader will identify and analyze market/customer needs and sales opportunities, as well as desired national brand communication.RESPONSIBILITES:* Maintain close working relationships with key customer personnel to obtain information on market/product/customer needs in consultation with field teams. * Provide analysis of consumer promotion activity for team leaders, customer business managers and customers that demonstrates quantifiable incremental lift and spending rates for fact based decision making. * Manage field agencies by providing direction and motivating the agency to optimize creative concepts that are strategically appropriate to customers and the brands, maximizing resources within assigned budgets.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree * Three or more years experience in consumer promotion, field sales or marketing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Master's degree in a marketing or business discipline* Five or more years experience in consumer production, field sales, or marketing, with a significant emphasis on consumer marketing and a history of demonstrated business success.* Ability to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across multiple businesses functions.* Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities.* Ability to transform vision and strategy into actionable plans.* Demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships.Send your resume today!
