Export Documentation Department

We are an NVOCC that focuses on exports to Chile.  We are an industry leader because we are the 3rd biggest freight forwarder for exports from the U.S. to Chile and we are searching to expand to #1.

 

We are searching for experienced (+1 year) employees with ocean export documentation.  Employees from the export departments from ship lines usually have enough experience to complete our documentation.

 

-Fluent in Spanish is a plus

-Knowledge of Air Export documentation is a plus

-Knowledge of Import documentation is a plus

 

Documentation includes: Knowledge of Dock receipts, Master and House Bills of Ladings (B/L), Airway bills (AWB), Shippers Export Declaration's (SED), etc.  Theses are all tasks of our operations department.
