Job Description:Expense Management Accounting CoordinatorREQUIREMENTS:2+ years experience in an Accounting position, experience in a highly detail oriented position, ability to audit expenses vs. policy, experience with auditing or working with expense statements, basic accounting understanding, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ability to learn other position-related software, experience in mortgage closing, payroll or tax departments are a plus, the ability to process work quickly and accurately, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and must be willing to work overtimeDUTIES:Auditing expense reports versus client specific policy and gain approval for exceptions, code and enter data into software system, create Excel spreadsheets and specialized reports for clients, oversee high volume payment of vendor invoices utilizing Oracle, resolve problem invoices and interact well with both internal and external clients to accomplish departmental goals and check requests, expense reimbursements and any additional duties as neededThis is a highly visible position with emphasis on a team-oriented environmentRobinsonMonday through Friday8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.$26,000 to $27,000 per yearFull Time, Permanent You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.act-1.com/?sc=11&id=415347
