Highly regarded, Italian American restaurant group, located in a very popular, well-established area in metropolitan St. Louis, is seeking an Executive Chef. The restaurant is known for its excellent food, outstanding service and extensive wine list. The Chef must be capable of maintaining extremely high standards for quality, consistency and service and enjoy creating new menus. Strong training skills and leadership abilities are required. Company is expanding and this position may lead to future opportunity as Corporate Chef. Culinary degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have successful a la carte culinary experience in a corporate restaurant environment.
