Established, family owned, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Special Care Program seeks an Executive Director with a proven track record.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a community. The individual must be versed in EOEA regulations, have demonstrated skill in budget development and financial management, have a working knowledge of Quickbooks Premier accounting software (or similar). Must be computer literate. The Executive Director must be a people person. A command of current marketing trends and techniques is essential. The ED is a team player, mentor and decision maker.

Duties include, but are not limited to: oversight of all phases of operational management including: financial management; human resource management, food service, building maintenance and programs. The ED must have strong organizational skills and must be comfortable reporting directly to the owners.

Salary is very competitive and is based upon experience and skill set.

Criminal history check required. Minimum bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
