Executive Asst.

MSE Associates is currently hiring for a progressive Prescription Benefits Co. located in the South Jersey area.  Candidate must have at least three years working for top mgmt in a firm or company.  Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience a plus.  Must have top Microsoft Office skills.  Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.  The ability to multi-task when needed.

 

Duties include assisting Chairman in all aspects of job including but not limited to travel planning and meeting organization, budgeting, Investor agreement tracking and record keeping, client contract logging and tracking, conference organization.  Will work with highly confidential information on a daily basis and marketing.  Will act as Office Manager and HR contact for the company, which includes setting up new hires, fielding HR related questions and handling reviews and salary requests, time-tracking for employees  Will be responsible for updating company handbook as well as a company corporate Travel Policy.  Will also handle some bookkeeping as well as non-business related projects for the Chairman.  Will act as right hand to the Chairman.  Must be able to step in when he is out of town.  Job is demanding but quite rewarding.  Hours are 7:00-4:30, but MUST be able to work extra hours if needed due to the importance of the position.
