Introduction:

We are a boutique, fast-paced firm seeking a cheerful, literate, dedicated secretary/administrative assistant to work for our Dynamic Chairman

Job Duties:

- Support Chairman
- Scheduling and coordinating important client meetings.
- Creating, preparing, drafting all documents with MS Word.
- Letter writing with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- All general office duties are required, including, filing, fax transmissions, photocopying and answering telephones, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; are required.
- Must be capable of working with little supervision, and have the demeanor and ability to safeguard highly confidential information.
- Will be sitting in on Board Meetings, transcribing minutes.

Job Requirements:

Must have 5-8 years experience; ability to multi-task; excellent organizational and word processing skills; resourceful, detail oriented, self-directed, team player, pleasant, possess a sound work ethic and strong secretarial background and proficient on MS Word. Type in excess of 55 wpm. Must have some sort of FLH/Steno, will be transcribing minutes at Board Meetings
