Executive Assistant - Real Estate

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Executive Assistant professional who is proficient at handling a variety of tasks simultaneously, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This role will be taking over all Executive Assistant duties of this busy Real Estate office. This will mean any scheduling of showings for clients, searching for available properties, marketing of properties and extensive follow up with clients. This company is in a growth mode, so this position will be responsible for hiring additional administrative staff that would lead to management in the future. The ideal candidate will have had experience in the Real Estate arena, have a high level of organizational ability and experience, as well as managing more than one person's work load at a time.Required Skills: ' 4+ years experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. ' Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time management skills. ' The ability to successfully multi-task in fast-paced and accountable environment.
