The key objective of this position is to fully support and assist the President/Corporate function head enabling him/her to concentrate on his/her areas of expertise, and to maintain an efficient running office. Maintains President’s calendar; handles all scheduling planning and travel arrangements along with processing expense reports, as requested. Screens and returns phone calls, as needed. Handles various correspondence including writing and editing letters and memos. Acts as a liaison for coordinating projects when necessary. Assists team with marketing projects which include such duties as: mailings, faxing information, coordinating with telephone center, and making sure projects are done and completed on time. Many projects require background work for which the Exec. Asst. Is responsible for checking, verifying, or obtaining the correct information. Creates slide, overhead, and PowerPoint presentations. Proofreads and fact checks reports and proposals. Retrieves and opens mail, reviews incoming for information needed for scheduling, and reviews with President on a daily basis.Required Skills

5+ years senior- level administrative support experience is required; additionally, college degree in related field is preferred. Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational abilities, including ability to establish priorities for multiple projects with immediate deadlines. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding corporate and personnel matters.
