Executive Administrative Assistant

For small, fast paced family office located in western suburb.  Provide administrative support for two executives:  a retired corporate CEO and the family office CEO/Business Manager.  Responsibilities include correspondence (phone, email, written), making appointments and detailed travel plans, maintaining a detailed calendar and contact list, general office management (office supplies, mail, maintenance logs, product sourcing and ordering).  Requires excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word experience a must), and great communication skills.  Must be proficient on the internet for projects, research, and email management.   Opportunity for growth into project and property management responsibilites for an ambitious, organized self-starter.
