Genuine Business Solutions is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing in the Kansas City area. We are the smiles and the handshakes between our clients and their customer base. We are looking to train a selected individual from an entry level position into an account managing role. This position includes but is not limited to: sales, sales management, sales training, test marketing, target marketing, brand management, campaign sales, and territory management.

Our openings are absolutely ideal for recent college grads looking to get their foot in the door and gain valuable experience, or those wanting to change careers. We provide full training and encourage any candidate with limited growth potential in their current position to apply. Pay based upon performance and full benefit packages are available.

Experience in retail sales, retail sales management, food service/ restaurant, food service/ restaurant management, outside sales, inside sales, marketing, brand management, or customer service is recommended. A degree in marketing, communications, business management, human resources, sales, advertising, or public relations is preferred but we have people on our staff from backgrounds such as biotechnology, sociology, political science, english literature, education and journalism as well.
