Excellent contract opportunity with International Oil & Gas Services company in West Houston. Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Secretary with previous oil & gas experience to support a busy project team.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining engineering project files
- Establishing and maintaining computer files in accordance with company procedures
- Scheduling department or project meetings
- Preparing department or project minutes of meetings

Qualified candidates will possess: 5+ years corporate administrative experience, oil & gas industry preferred Strong MS Office skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills
