Job Description:Creative? Passionate? Fast?Qimonda's state of the art manufacturing (DRAM computer chips) site in Richmond (Sandston), VA is looking for outstanding and talented Test Program Engineers to keep us at the forefront of technology. We invite applications from qualified professionals who want to work with cutting edge tools and technology.Education/Experience Requirements: BS in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent Working knowledge of DRAM, SRAM, or Flash memories. Test program coding experience (for Advantest, HP, or Teradyne or other advanced ATE). Product test engineering experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in programming advanced ATE (e.g. Advantest, Agilent, Credence, Teradyne etc)Essential Job Functions: Develop and debug wafer test programs for test and Known Good Die (KGD) applications. Define and adapt test patterns, timings, levels etc. to cover design & yield problems.
