Engineer - Test Program

Test program coding experience (for Advantest, HP, or Teradyne or other advanced ATE). Product test engineering experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in programming advanced ATE (e.g. Advantest, Agilent, Credence, Teradyne etc)Essential Job Functions: Develop and debug wafer test programs for test and Known Good Die (KGD) applications. Define and adapt test patterns, timings, levels etc. to cover design & yield problems.
